In February 2015 Mark began work at BMS head office as Team Leader for South America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Mark and his wife, Suzana, worked in Brazil with BMS from 1993-2014, engaged in church planting, community health, church-based community projects and local missionary training. Although Mark and Suzana are no longer with BMS, they are still available for church visits, as BMS speakers. She is a trained nurse, with an MSc in health education. Mark is an ordained Baptist minister, with an MTh in Applied Theology. They have two children, Decio Edward and Ana Muriel.
