Kathryn began serving in Thailand in mid-2017, where she works alongside Hope Home, which provides a home for children with learning disabilities, and the Church of Christ in Thailand’s Aids Ministry, where she is developing the palliative care work. Kathryn, whose sending church is Wantage Christian Fellowship, previously volunteered with BMS in Thailand and South Africa.

    Last weekend (the 12/13th May) was my 1 year anniversary since moving to Thailand.     2 Celebration in 2 Weeks

      Over the last few weeks I have had the opportunity to celebrate 2 significant events, Easter, where we remember Jesus’ death on the cross and his glorious resurrection, and then Song Khran, the Thai New Year. Like Christmas, Easter is not celebrated in Thailand as it is a Buddhist country.
