Publications and Projects Organiser (maternity cover)

BMS is looking for a highly organised and approachable person to manage our department production schedule. If you have experience of managing projects or working on a project from planning stages to completion, you might be what we’re looking for. And if you have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and can work well in a team, then we want to hear from you.
This role is about the smooth running of all the BMS projects and publications. You will support the team with deadline reminders, create deadline dates for new projects and oversee the final stages of projects including printing and mailing.

This role will also involve occasionally leading meetings, overseeing money spent within budgets and signing off invoices. You will need to have good skills with the MS Office suite of software.

Location: Didcot

Hours: 21 hours per week

Salary £ 25,539.00 (pro rata)
