Access to, and use of, this site is provided by BMS WORLD MISSION subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of the site. BMS WORLD MISSION reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
2. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of BMS WORLD MISSION, unless permission is given with regard to individual and specific content on this site. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use, unless permission is given with regard to individual and specific content on this site. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.


Our refunds policy

We want you to feel confident and secure about ordering resources and goods from BMS World Mission. If you have a problem with your purchase then we will make every effort to put the matter right.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item and the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item excluding the delivery charge. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase within seven days, and return the goods to BMS World Mission within 30 days of the delivery.

When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. If the refund does not appear in your account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
