The BMS World Mission support group in Nottingham has launched its first regular newsletter to promote the work of BMS.
The group brings together people from Link Up Groups in the Nottingham area for annual celebrations and training days. It produces a newsletter which is aimed at anyone in the area who supports BMS. This is their latest way of trying to raise the organisation’s profile.
Its introduction says: “Being a local support network for BMS World Mission, the Support Group aims to enthuse interests in mission and to energise support for our Link Up missionaries. We hope this newsletter can help to serve these aims”.
Its first edition includes news from the five mission workers supported by Nottingham Link Up groups, details of a training event at BMS’ International Mission Centre and a review of their trip to The Carey Experience in Northamptonshire.
