Judith is a teacher and was appointed in 2001.She worked with the UMN as vice-principal of the Kathmandu International Study Centre (KISC) until 2004 and has now taken up the role of principal. KISC is a school primarily teaching mission children as well as running a teacher training scheme for Nepalis.

Her home church is Elim Pentecostal, Loughborough.
