Rosimar and Tim were appointed in 1990. In 1991 they went to work in the central west region of Brazil, first in a church planting ministry in the small town of Agua Boa and then moving to the city of Goiânia in 1997 where Tim was principally engaged in theological teaching. During this time Rosie completed a degree in social sciences.
In January 2005 they moved to Recife but the placement did not work out as hoped.
In January 2007 they started work in Dourados in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul in south west Brazil. Both are actively involved in establishing a new church in one of the large landless workers resettlement areas of which there are many in the region. Tim also helps out teaching at the local seminary.
Their two children Rodrigo and Richard are studying whilst living at home. Rodrigo is at a local university doing physiotherapy whilst Richard is still at secondary school.
