Justine worked for the Yorkshire Bank in Elland, near Huddersfield, from 1991-98. She joined the 1998/99 BMS Albania Action Team, working with the youth and children of the Way of Hope Baptist Church in Tirana.
In 1999 she was invited to lead the BMS Albania Emergency Response Team sent to help refugees from neighbouring war-torn Kosovo. Returning to the UK she was accepted by BMS World Mission for long-term service and she went to Kosovo in 2001. Justine worked alongside the pastor of New Hope Baptist Church in Prishtina for her first term.
Justine returned to Kosovo for a second term in September 2003 when she used her administrative abilities and her people skills to support a wide network of expatriate mission workers throughout the country.
In her third term Justine was appointed BMS Country Co-ordinator for Kosovo. In addition to supporting her expatriate colleagues and bearing the administrative responsibility for the Baptist NGO in Kosovo, Justine is engaged in ministry near the capital, Prishtina.
