From Leicester, and appointed in 1969, Christine worked in Bangladesh 1969-1995. When she relocated to Nepal, she was involved in community development and health work with the Yala Urban Health Programme (YUHP), working with the United Mission to Nepal (UMN). That role changed as Nepali people took on more supervisory roles and gradually Christine relinquished her work there.
Today Christine is the deputy director in charge of training cluster team leaders and reporting for UMN.
Her home church is Robert Hall Memorial Church, Leicester.
