BMS World Mission has been involved in church work in Italy since 1993 – although there was BMS work as early as the 19th century. There is one BMS couple based in the north: Mark and Claire Ord in Genoa; and there are two based in the south: David and Ann MacFarlane in Santeramo (but soon to move to Reggio Calabria), and Huw and Alex Anderson in Syracuse, Sicily.
