Free to be

Free to be is a service resource on the theme of spiritual freedom, suitable for Pentecost or any other time.

The toolbox includes:

A four-minute pop-vox video filmed on the streets of Beirut and London. This is very suitable as a sermon starter or an icebreaker in a small group setting and shows how a random selection of people in Beirut and London understand the kind of freedom God might bring to their own situations. It asks questions on the street about who brought freedom in the past, the kind of freedom that people are looking for today and the main reasons that prevent it from happening.
A sermon outline, Where the Spirit is, based on 2 Cor 3: 17, also includes ideas for small groups to discuss how people might bring freedom to their own situation as well as how to campaign for freedom in other parts of the world.
A PowerPoint that illustrates how the Holy Spirit is helping Christians in Lebanon bring freedom to both Muslims and Christians.
