In the 1960s, Albania’s communist leader, Enver Hoxha, declared the country as the world’s first atheistic state. In an attempt to keep out foreign influences, Albania became isolated from the rest of Europe.





Waiting for justice

Whilst the UK news is reporting that the conditions in some British prisons are so good that the inmates don’t want to leave, BMS mission workers Matthew and Anna Price tell us that in Uganda the situation is very different.




An end to exile

For three months every year the 12,000 or so villagers of Noorsing community, located in the Terai of southern Nepal, were exiled from their homes because of monsoon flooding.
