The Spring 2008 issue of The Equipment featured an exercise using audio clips. Its aim is to help your church or small group to use their imaginations and sense of hearing to motivate prayer for BMS work and world mission generally.
How to use these files
Download all the mp3 audio files to your computer and burn them to CD using a player like iTunes or Windows Media Player. Be sure to keep the tracks in order on the CD. Ask your church or small group to close their eyes and listen to each sound. Ask them what they thought it might have been and then play the next, explanatory track. Give people the opportunity to pray for the issues raised.

How to download these files
Click the file (eg: Bangladesh sound) and it will open in an audio playing programme (eg: iTunes or Windows Media Player). In that programme, choose either to save the file to your hard drive (usually done through the File menu) or create a playlist to write to disc.
If clicking the file doesn't work, right-click it. Then select the option to "save link", "save as" or "save target" to your hard drive. From there you should be able to play the file and burn it to disc.
